Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Federal grant compliance, specifically 2 CFR Part 200 and ARPA/CPF guidelines.
Technical Skills: Strong organizational skills for asset tracking and inventory management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for drafting justification forms and contributing to Treasury reports.
Community Focus: Ability to engage directly with Hungalelti community members to facilitate program participation and assess impact.
4. Deliverables
Inventory Log: Digital and physical log of all assets.
Quarterly Audits: Reconciliation of physical equipment with digital records.
Justification Forms: Completed forms for ancillary purchases (software, training, etc.) reviewed by IT and Finance.
Impact Reports: Summaries of user participation and community impact derived from survey data.
5. Proposal Submission Requirements
Resume/CV: Detailing relevant experience in grant coordination and Tribal administration.
Technical Proposal: A brief outline (2 pages max) of the applicant's approach to managing "on-the-ground" lab operations, compliance, and reporting.
Cost Proposal: Total bid not to exceed $20,000.
WCC will consider applicants at the regular WCC meeting on May 7, 2026.
